We believe in working with the best founders with unique insight and advantage in the markets they are looking to build in. We are the first institutional investors in most of our companies. When we say early, we mean early. Most of our investments are pre-revenue and pre-product at entry! Our commitment to founders is that we will be one of the most involved and helpful investors on the cap table.
We are excited by very large problems in legacy industries that have manual workflows, large amounts of offline data, and archaic technology stacks that aren't yet ready for AI.
With offices in Toronto and Vancouver, we primarily focus on leading or co-leading rounds across Canada. With coast-to-coast coverage, we partner with our trusted co-investor network in the United States to participate in rounds.
