Centro Commerce helps e-commerce brands manage inventory and procurement by unifying data from platforms like Shopify, warehouses, and suppliers into one source of truth. Its platform provides real-time visibility, forecasting, and automated purchase-order workflows to prevent stockouts or overstocking, improving operational efficiency across sales channels.
Centro specializes in transforming unstructured email communication into structured, actionable data for the supply chain and logistics industry.
In 2025, Rose Rocket, another Ripple portfolio company, has acquired Centro to enhance its AI capabilities and automate freight workflows. Centro’s technology converts unstructured email data into structured information for supply chain systems, which Rose Rocket is integrating into its platform. The deal also brings Centro’s founders, Andrew Liu and Jamyang Tenzin, onto the Rose Rocket team. Integration into Rose Rocket’s AI-native TMS (via the launch of TED, an inbox-to-order automation assistant) extends Centro’s utility from manufacturing into transportation, scaling its impact across a massive, data-fragmented market.

The company was founded by Jamyang Tenzin, and Andrew Liu, who both saw the need for a comprehensive, fast, and accurate inventory data layer while working at eCommerce giants Shopify (e-commerce platform) and SSENSE (luxury fashion marketplace). They both saw gaps in the market with traditional inventory syncing tools having unreliable accuracy, slow sync speeds, and large amounts of time needed to maintain the workflows. After spending years in the eCommerce space discussing the issue with large clients, the team is bringing their domain expertise to solve the problem. Prior to starting Centro Commerce, CTO Andrew, led the e-commerce operations team and built a similar e-commerce data layer solution at SSENSE (1) that helped the company manage operations after it noticed it was experiencing inaccurate inventory numbers across it’s channels.
