Jay Lee

Jay is the Head of Platform at Ripple Ventures, where he leads the fund’s initiatives across operations, portfolio support, value creation, thematic research, and new venture incubation.

He began his career driving growth, go-to-market strategy, and operational projects at a bootstrapped startup with eight-figure ARR. He then went on to co-found Pally, a SaaS platform that enabled emerging eCommerce brands to secure their first retail purchase orders. Jay was first introduced to Ripple through its fellowship program while building Pally within the Next 36 incubator.

Following Pally, he collaborated with Ripple on thematic research, sourcing, and due diligence before joining McKinsey & Company’s Toronto office, where he advised global organizations on growth strategy.
