With a 15+ year career in executive human resources and operations, and experience in industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and technology startups, Elisha has gained expertise that propelled her to establish Elisha Gray Coaching Co. and she now works intimately with growth-conscious people and companies. She's immersed in mindfulness studies and working toward a Masters in Psychology; Elisha sees the combination of coaching psychology and mindfulness as an incredible approach to accelerating growth for folks and businesses all over the world.
